A 27 CT RED TOPAZ AND 16 CT GREEN AMETHYST MOUNTED IN 14/20 GF GOLD AND 925 STERLING SILVER TWISTED WIRE. THE RED TOPAZ HAS THE PURPLE HIGHLIGHTS CHARACTERISTIC OF A FINE RUBY. THE AMETHYST HAS BLUE HIGHLIGHTS WHICH COMPLEMENT THE COLORATION OF THE TOPAZ.
